Gerard Butler has returned to the United States and was spotted at the Roger Room Lounge at Los Angeles last night ( 7 January 2010).

Gerard Butler was celebrating the end of a legal case against him following a scuffle with a photographer at the RocknRolla Film Premiere Party in October 2008. The judge dropped the battery charge against Gerard Butler following the completion of a community service agreement.
