The Ugly Truth Film Premiere for Europe (UK) took place at Vue Cinema in London Tuesday 4th August 2009.

Leicester Square in London was packed with a mixture of passer-bys; tourists, Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl fans.
Gerard Butler spent a considerable amount of time on the red carpet posing for the cameras.

In addition, Gerard Butler was happy to sign autographs and chat with some of the fans that had been waiting for over an hour to see him on the red carpet.

Celebrities that walked the red carpet included: Gerard Butler, Katherine Heigl, Robert Luketic, Kelly Brook, Sharleen Spiteri, Preeya Kalidas,Patsy Palmer,Bianca Gascoigne,Liz McClarnon,Jameela Jamil,Karly Ashworth and Kenneth Tong.

Although it was a real treat for the fans to catch a glimse of Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl - some of the spectators were disappointed with the calibre of guest celebrities at the event.
