The postponment was requested by Gerard Butler's attorney and was successfully approved by the court house.

The court hearing is in relation to allegations that Gerard Butler assaulted a paparazzi photographer after the RocknRolla Film Premier in LA.

Gerard Butler the actor faced up to six months in jail if convicted.

The hearing took place in court, and the charges were dropped against Gerard Butler following a community service agreement.
